As part of the UK’s COVID-19 exit plan and in line with the government guidelines, inbound travellers to the UK may need to self quarantine.

To ensure a safe and secure quarantine, Citystay are offering a full package both in Cambridge and across the entire UK and Ireland.

From the moment you arrive at the airport you will be met by a driver for yourself and your party and taken directly and safely to your secure, private and professionally cleaned, self-catering accommodation.

All our quarantine accommodation will have been professionally cleaned and disinfected and include a private entrance, a full kitchen, Wi-Fi, luxury furnishings and everything you need to ensure the most comfortable of quarantine periods.

We are so glad we booked Citystay for our 14 day isolation.  You were most helpful when we called from South Africa and we are glad we took your recommendation for Marino Place and apartment 1 with the small garden.  The table and chairs meant we could sit outside without breaking the isolation rules. The apartment was very well appointed and the kitchen had all the appliances including a dishwasher.  The coffee plunger was important to me.  The apartment was fresh, airy and light and was spotless when we arrived. The configuration of the kitchen, sitting and dining areas were great and there was a natural flow to the apartment.

The fact we were picked up from Heathrow and the ability to book a larger vehicle was a big plus as we had 6 suitcases.  As you know we relocated from SA and the journey was difficult with all the checks – they are necessary.  The pick-up was very important as we did not have the hassle of either renting a car or travelling by train to Cambridge.  It was a long and tiring journey under Covid regulations.

Another very important positive was the ability to pre-order food and other essentials and they were all there when we arrived.
