What’s On in Cambridge this February

Light Festival

With 2017 well under way, February is promising to be an all-action month in Cambridge. With so many events and activities across the city, Citystay Serviced Apartments have chosen just a few of the highlights to look out for this month. Why not stay for a long weekend and take in some of the great activities whilst staying in our award winning apartments?

e-Luminate Festival 10-15 February

This year Citystay are proud to be a sponsor of one of the most awe inspiring events in the Cambridge Calendar – the e-Luminate festival. This is a celebration of the intersection between Art & Science.

Light is about life – without light there is no life. The Light of the sun fills us with a sense of tranquility. The same happens with Light art: we find a space for contemplation or just an absorbing view, and it makes us feel enriched. In art Light becomes matter and redefines space and time. The exhibitions at the Festival evoke the ambivalence of Light, its numerous meanings and facets.

With so many interesting and exciting workshops and events to attend over the 5 days, this is surely a highlight in the Cambridge Calendar. Take a look at the calendar of events to find out more – here.
